Buenos noches amigos.

Day 2 of no fotos. But I did get to the local fotos shop, Conejos, and they told me they do not sell batteries, nor bring them in. They did send me around the corner to Krystall, the tienda where I talked to the hombre about the natural gas secadoras.

We had a quick catch up chat and then he wrote down the model of the pila and told me to return later in the afternoon. I said mañana and he said sí. Stay tuned.

Weather? Two days of no sun and lots of showers. We didn’t even have alberca time today!!

According to Stormpulse.com, maybe our weather is due to tropical depression Seven-E which is now 143 miles away from Acapulco and heading away?

Great news on the B10 w/d scenario. I met with Roman at 4pm and we installed and tested the washer. We now wait for the secadora and that will probably be on jueves.

I think changing it from natural gas to LP will be the easy part. Roman needs to figure out how to vent it out through some decorative concrete as well as the screen…and it is on the tercer piso…3rd floor.

Lots of things going to happen over the next 4 months and I am excited to return to La Crucecita in diciembre con niño and into a new living arrangement. Hello dos baños!!

Telmex…ugh. You think it would be easy? Nope. I even typed out the dirección (addresses) and fecha (date) of the cambio (change), but I struck out at attempt #1.

Issue? Christina cannot figure out how to give us a new number for B10 and then cancel G10 on septiembre 15. She just wants to send the tecnico out and have him change the number and service from G10 to B10. Our issue with that is that we don’t know when that will happen, and that would mean we would not have internet in our condo as we do not move into B10 until the 13th.

Our solution? Keep the two separate. We will go back to Telmex and just apply for new service at B10. Before we head to Vancouver, we will go back to Telmex, modem in hand, and cancel G10. Ta da.

Why are we trying to get internet service into B10 even though we will not be there until diciembre? Last year it took 6 weeks to get service and we do not want to go through that again. I am not even sure the 4 weeks we have left before leaving, is enough time to get B10 up and running. Why? Christina told me they are short staffed in the tecnico department due to…rainy season!! Same story as last year…sopressa!! Surprise!! Stay tuned.

While waiting in line at Telmex, I was handed a brocheure. I don’t think Apple sells MacBooks in Canada anymore? I think they have all been shipped to Mexico and you can buy one and pay only 27% interest of you use the financing plan!! Ja ja ja

Talking about Mac…online, we sussed out the new iMac for Bexico. We will see if anything can be done with her 4 year old modelo as it needs to be spruced up due to all the animation software etc that she now uses. But…we are not holding our breath. A few more animation projects will pay for the Mac!!

Here is what she is looking at…hello Santa!!

Busy day continued as I managed to get some photocopying completed for inmigracion and after a few signatures, we should be ready for 9am jueves!! Stay tuned.

Che was Che, but we are set for pulpa de cerdo mañana y pechuga de pollo on miercoles!!

As for the rest of my martes, throw in el gimnasio y pizza for la cena…and that pretty much wraps up my day.

Bexico managed to complete some more hours in on her project and is currently a head of schedule. NJ boys could not afford Bexico but may come back to the table down the road.

Mañana? El gimnasio, race home to shower and then head to el doctor. And then a date lunch con Bexico!! Hopefully the owners of the restaurante have some valuable info regarding raising a niño in Huatulco!!

Hasta mañana.

Marco y Bexico
